The band’s usual performance times are between 8pm-midnight. These times can be changed upon request. Surcharges may apply. The band will need 1 hour to load in, set up, and sound check before the performance.

Yes we do! The band can play up to 5 ceilidh tunes. These are the Gay Gordons, Strip The Willow, Dashing White Sergeant, Military Two Step, and the Saint Bernard’s Waltz.

Our normal performance time is 3.5 hours, which is broken into two sets with a 30 minute break in between. An extended play add-on is available if you would like an extra 30 minutes of live music at the end of the night.

We will learn your first dance however due to the time it takes for the band to learn any request to a professional standard we cannot take more than one request per client.  Our setlist has been carefully curated over several years to make sure your event has a good flow and the music keeps your dance floor full.

Yes, The band is based in Glasgow but regularly performs throughout the UK.

We’d love to. Let us know what song you’d like at least 30 days before your event and we’ll perform your chosen song live.

es we can. We have performed with a sound limiter on several occasions with minimal effect. However, you should check with your venue to see what level their sound limiter is set to. If it has a limit of 85db or below it will have a detrimental effect on any live band’s performance.

Cassien provide all the sound and lighting equipment you need for most weddings and events as standard. however, if you have an exceptionally large venue or are looking for a particular style of lighting then you may need a sound & lighting package designed specifically for your event. We work with our specialist partners to provide this service.

Yes we can! If 3.5 hours of live music isn’t enough for you, our Singer/ Saxophonist and Drummer/DJ can provide late night or daytime sets. To book the Sax & DJ just add it on when requesting a quote.

Yes, We can run any playlist through our sound system. If you’d like to make your own playlist we can accommodate that or we can have a playlist ready to go.

It takes the band 1 hour to load in, set-up, and soundcheck. It is important that they have a clear space to do so or setting up will take longer.
